Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman

Independently investigate complaints about unfair or improper actions or poor services by UK government departments and their agencies in the UK and the NHS in England.  The Ombudsman aims to put things right where possible and share lessons learned to improve public services.  A free service open to everyone.

Bridging the Gap provides a service for the community therefore we are answerable to this independent body.  This body can be used after our complaints procedure has been exhausted.
